Mat Mirol (Mathieu Mirol), born in Maisons-Alfort on 23 May 1978, is a multi-intrumentist, composer, arranger and music producer.
Winner of the NECC competition (France) with Soûl & Sale in 2003, he was nominated for the album ‘Unity’ with the group Buenas Ondas at the 2014 octaves de la musique (Belgium), then won with the group Kel Assouf the Octaves musique du monde and octave Zinneke in 2017. The film ‘Lydia 15 ans’, for which he composed the soundtrack, was selected at the 3rd Detmold Short Film Festival (D.E) in 2007, and he also won the Brukmer golden award with Kel Assouf in 2017....
